Placement Officer

Locations: 1) Baranagar, Kolkata | 2) Vatva Ring Road, Ahmedabad

Role & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with truck owners, transporters, and drivers for truck placement.
• Negotiate freight rates and maintain transporter relationships.
• Track vehicle movement and ensure timely delivery.
• Resolve operational issues and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain transporter records and support business growth.
• Follow up with clients for payment.

This is a SALES + OPERATIONS type of job.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: 12th Pass or above.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience required.
• Experience in Logistics, Operations, Inside Sales, Telesales, Customer Care, or Transport Sales preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Maximum age: 30 years.
• Candidates currently pursuing studies or any course are not eligible.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: 15,000 to 18,000 per month (in hand) + attractive incentives.

Work Mode: Work from Office only
Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week
