Placement Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with IT companies.
• Generate new client partnerships for placements.
• Manage and nurture existing client relationships.
• Organize and coordinate off-campus placement drives.
• Visit companies to develop business and placement opportunities.
• Represent the organization at HR events, job fairs, and networking sessions.
• Drive successful placements for students/candidates in IT companies.

What We're Looking For:

• 05 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of the IT hiring ecosystem is preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings and events.

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays Off)
• Joining: Immediate
