·  Placement Planning: Develop an annual placement strategy and execution plan. Final placements, summer internships, Live projects, Industry engagement

·   Strategic Planning: Improving placement percentage, increasing average salary packages, bringing new recruiters, strengthening industry reputation, enhancing student employability

·   Placement Governance: Establish placement policies and processes, Student participation, Selection processes, and Offer management
