Placement Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate placement activities for students, including job fairs, internships, and full-time employment opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners to secure job placements for students.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and develop strategies for improving placement rates.
• Analyze data to track progress towards goals related to student outcomes.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in business development or a related field.
• Strong networking skills with ability to build relationships with industry partners.
• Excellent negotiation skills with ability to negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Proven track record of success in employee engagement initiatives.
