Placement Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with candidates from selection until final deployment.
• Explain job details, salary, benefits and employment terms to candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, selection, offers, medicals, documentation and visa processing.
• Follow up with candidates regularly and ensure timely completion of requirements.
• Maintain candidate records, trackers and daily status updates.
• Coordinate with sourcing, visa, emigration and accounts teams.
• Handle candidate queries and ensure smooth communication throughout the process.
• Meet assigned recruitment and deployment targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Organised, proactive and target-oriented.
• Comfortable using Excel, Outlook and WhatsApp.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
