Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Placement Officer to drive strategic corporate acquisition, manage key employer relationships, develop placement opportunities and strengthen recruitment outcomes. The role involves strategic corporate engagement, market intelligence, performance governance, leadership, mentoring and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Corporate Acquisition & Market Development

• Develop targeted corporate acquisition plans.
• Identify high-potential organisations, untapped sectors and new markets.
• Convert prospective companies into active recruiting partners.

Strategic Employer Relationship Management

• Own key corporate accounts.
• Strengthen senior-level employer relationships.
• Understand future hiring needs and drive repeat and long-term engagement.

Placement & Talent Opportunity Strategy

• Develop programme- and sector-wise employer strategies to generate quality placement, internship, PPO and trainee opportunities.
• Strengthen employer partnerships to improve placement opportunities for students.

Industry & Leadership Engagement

• Build relationships with CXOs, senior HR leaders and industry experts.
• Coordinate strategic sessions, events and institutional engagements.
• Develop corporate opportunities through industry networking and leadership engagement.

Recruitment & Placement Outcome Management

• Own critical recruitment engagements.
• Drive selection, offer and joining outcomes.
• Address escalations and improve conversion.
• Ensure recruitment activities are executed accurately and within defined timelines.

Corporate Intelligence & Strategic Insights

• Track hiring trends, emerging roles, skills, salary trends and employer demand.
• Convert market insights into corporate engagement and placement opportunities.
• Identify emerging recruiters and potential industry partnerships.

Corporate Pipeline, CRM & Performance Governance

• Maintain a healthy corporate pipeline.
• Ensure InfyLearn CRM discipline, data quality and follow-up tracking.
• Prepare evidence-based performance reports.
• Ensure timely reporting and monitoring of corporate engagement activities.

Strategic Initiatives, Leadership & Continuous Improvement

• Lead process improvements.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Contribute to institutional placement strategy.
