Profile Placement Manager – Corporate Relations

Location – Bangalore OR Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate organizations, HR professionals, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Identify and generate job opportunities for students through corporate partnerships.
• Build and expand the organization's corporate network to support placement activities.
• Coordinate with employers for job openings, candidate shortlisting, interviews, and recruitment drives.
• Manage end-to-end placement activities, including interview scheduling, offer follow-ups, and joining coordination.
• Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, corporate interactions, and placement events.
• Collaborate with internal academic and training teams to improve student employability and placement outcomes.
• Conduct resume-building sessions, mock interviews, career counselling, and interview preparation activities.
• Track placement progress, maintain placement databases, and prepare regular MIS reports for management.
• Achieve placement targets and ensure strong employer and candidate engagement.
• Explore new business opportunities and establish long-term corporate partnerships.
