Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage campus recruitment drives, including scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners through regular communication and meetings.
• Oversee the entire placement process from registration to final selection, ensuring timely updates on candidate status.
• Collaborate with university departments to identify training needs and develop customized programs for students.
• Analyze data to track trends in student performance, employer satisfaction, and placement rates.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in Campus Hiring/Recruitment or related field (TPO).
• B.Tech degree in Computers or relevant discipline; MBA preferred.
• Strong understanding of Corporate Relationships Management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
