Role Description The Placement Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for driving successful placements for learners across all program domains. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with hiring partners, understanding their talent requirements, and aligning candidate profiles accordingly. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating placement drives, scheduling interviews, preparing learners through resume reviews and mock interviews, and tracking placement outcomes. The Placement Manager collaborates closely with trainers and program teams to ensure learners are job-ready and supports continuous improvement of placement processes and employer engagement strategies. The role also includes maintaining placement records, preparing reports, and representing the academy professionally in external meetings and events.

• Strong skills in employer relationship management, corporate outreach, and partnership development for placement opportunities.
• Experience in career services or talent acquisition, including screening profiles, matching candidates to roles, and coordinating interviews.
• Skills in learner counseling, career guidance, and interview preparation, including resume building and mock interview facilitation.
• Competence in data tracking and reporting, using spreadsheets or CRM tools to monitor placement metrics and outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with learners, trainers, and hiring partners.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple batches, deadlines, and placement activities simultaneously.
• Prior experience in education, skilling, or training organizations, preferably in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Data, or Technology domains.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in HR, Business, or related fields is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South and demonstrate a learner-centric, inclusive, and non-discriminatory approach to placement support.
