Placement Manager (IT Placements)

Role & responsibilities We are looking for a dynamic Placement Manager with a strong focus on IT placements. The role involves building relationships with IT companies, generating placement opportunities, coordinating recruitment drives, and ensuring successful placements.

- Develop relationships with IT companies and hiring partners.

- Generate placement opportunities for candidates.

- Coordinate interviews and campus recruitment drives.

- Approach new hiring companies via calls, email, LinkedIn,

and networking.

- Collaborate with HR teams on hiring needs.

- Prepare candidates for interviews with training teams.

- Maintain recruiter and placement databases.

- Track KPIs and achieve placement targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication, networking, IT recruitment knowledge, MS Office, LinkedIn, negotiation, and organizational skills
