Placement Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with companies for campus placements, ensuring timely communication and seamless execution of the process.
• Conduct pre-placement training sessions to prepare students for job interviews and improve their employability skills.
• Manage campus interviews, including scheduling, logistics, and evaluation of candidate performance.
• Maintain accurate records of student participation, job offers, and other relevant metrics.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in campus hiring or recruitment.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, faculty members, and corporate representatives.
