Placement Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Placement Coordinator in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in placement coordination or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

• Coordinate with students, employers, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful placements.


• Develop and implement effective placement strategies to meet business objectives.


• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners and alumni.


• Manage the placement process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient execution.


• Analyze placement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Job Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline or PGDM in International Business.


• Proven experience in placement coordination or a related field.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.


• Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including students, employers, and industry partners.
