Job Description

• A passionate graduate with relevant work experience and strong track records in campus or off campus placement activities.

• The candidate must have strong employer connect to plan and organize job fairs within Tamilnadu

• The key role of this candidate is to create job opportunities for CSR project & paid program trained beneficiaries - College students, community etc.

• To ensure the smooth functioning of the placement process and placement calendar students on a day-to-day basis co-ordinate with all respective internal stakeholders for placement-related activities

• Tie up with potential companies for final placement and internship of our students in Media and Entertainment and other relevant industries. • Build relationships with new and existing employers in order to source suitable vacancies

• Creating new viable opportunities for students of all verticals

• Maintain data on the status of all students and alumni data. Handle and motivate the placement team/ committee for the desired result

• To help students prepare their resumes and update it accordingly

• Support academic teams to organize guest lectures/industry visits

Key skills required

• He/She should be a Post Graduate in Social Science or graduate or have with minimum one or two-year experience in social development Sector or relevant fie

• Report writing & communication skills in English/Tamil and knowledge of computer.
