Placement Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage campus placements for IT companies, ensuring timely communication with students and employers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners to secure job opportunities for students.
• Coordinate training programs to enhance student skills and prepare them for industry requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of placement offers, acceptances, and feedback from both parties.

Job Requirements :

• 1-8 years of experience in campus placement or related field (education/training).
• Strong understanding of corporate relations, database management, and MS Office applications (Excel).
• Excellent customer relationship management skills with ability to build strong connections with clients/employers.
