About this role
Job Title: Placement Coordinator
Location: Shivajinagar Chinchwad
Joining: Immediate
Salary: As per market standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Employer Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies and
organizations to identify job openings, internships, and placement opportunities.
- Career Services: Provide career counseling, assist with resume building, and conduct
workshops on interview techniques and job search strategies.
- Placement Coordination: Plan, organize, and manage recruitment drives, job fairs, and
campus placement events to connect job seekers with employers.
- Candidate Preparation: Prepare students/job seekers through training in soft skills,
aptitude tests, mock interviews, and group discussions to enhance their employability.
- Database Management: Maintain and update databases of students, employers, and
placement records to generate insights for career planning and reporting.
- Guidance and Support: Offer personalized career support, helping individuals align their
skills, interests, and qualifications with suitable job opportunities.
- Reporting: Track and report placement outcomes, feedback, and employer satisfaction
to improve future initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or training &
development (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or database tools.
- Passionate about guiding and helping students/job seekers achieve career success.
