Number of years experience: 6-10 years

• Facilitating assistance to the Piping Lead engineer and ensuring adherence to the committed schedules.
  
• Equipment Modelling as per data sheet & Finalizing nozzle orientation
  
• Piping Material take off by using P&ID for preliminary.
  
• Preparation of the Equipment Layout.
  
• Selecting Pipe Supports as per support standard.
  
• Modelling of piping routing as per the P&ID.
  
• Primary and secondary piping supports.
  
• 3D modelling of skid-based systems.
  
• Preparation of the Isometric drawings.
  
• Preparation of the Piping Layout.
  
• Pipe isometrics checking.
  
• Piping Support drawings.
  
• Extract BOM from 3D model.
  
• Clash and consistency checking of model
  
• Extracting reports and Bill of Material of pipe and structure.
  
• Design coordination for Tie-in points and preparation of as-built drawings
  
• P&ID updating as per layout tapping sequences.
  
• Handling technical queries from site and contractors.
  
• Providing technical inputs to other disciplines regarding construction of 3D model.
  
• Familiar with design codes and standards such as ASME, ASME BPE, API & ANSI.
