PIPE FABRICATORS

Qualifications: • High School Diploma, Technical Diploma, or equivalent. • Vocational training in Fabrication, Metalwork, or a related field is preferred.

 Experience: • 2–5 years of experience in metal, FRP, fabrication or a manufacturing environment. 

Skills: Technical Skills: • Metal fabrication and assembly techniques. • Measuring and layout techniques. • Use of fabrication tools and equipment. • Material handling and preparation. Behavioral Competencies: • Attention to detail. • Teamwork. • Problem-solving. • Time management.

Key accountabilities: • Fabricate and assemble (FRP) components according to engineering drawings and work instructions. • Measure, mark, cut, shape, and fit materials using appropriate tools and equipment. • Interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and specifications. • Prepare materials for lamination, fitting, and assembly. • Inspect fabricated components to ensure compliance with quality requirements. • Perform grinding, finishing, and minor repairs as required. • Ensure proper use and maintenance of fabrication tools and equipment. • Follow company safety procedures, quality standards, and housekeeping requirements. • Report material shortages, equipment issues, and production concerns to the supervisor.
