1. PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) – Hands-on implementation and configuration experience.
2. ForgeRock – Practical experience with the source identity platform.
3. ForgeRock-to-PingOne AIC migration – Experience migrating identity services, configurations and authentication flows.
4. IAM / Access Management – Strong understanding of identity management, authentication and authorization.
5. Authentication and SSO – Experience with authentication journeys, Single Sign-On (SSO), OAuth 2.0, OIDC and SAML, as relevant to the project.
6. Technical troubleshooting – Ability to resolve complex migration, integration and authentication issues.
7. Hands-on implementation – Must personally perform technical configuration and migration activities, not just manage a team.
