Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Ping Identity IAM Engineer to design, implement, integrate, and support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with PingFederate, PingOne, PingID, and other Ping Identity products, along with a solid understanding of authentication, authorization, SSO, federation, MFA, and identity lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and support Ping Identity IAM solutions.
  
• Implement and manage SSO and federation using PingFederate, SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
  
• Configure and support authentication, authorization, MFA, and adaptive authentication.
  
• Work with PingOne and PingID for cloud IAM and multi-factor authentication.
  
• Configure and manage PingDirectory for identity data and directory services.
  
• Implement application and API protection using PingAccess and PingGateway.
  
• Implement fine-grained authorization policies using PingAuthorize.
  
• Support identity provisioning and lifecycle management using PingIDM.
  
• Work with PingAM for authentication, authorization, and session management.
  
• Develop and support identity journeys and orchestration using PingOne DaVinci.
  
• Integrate IAM platforms with enterprise applications, APIs, Active Directory/LDAP, and other identity sources.
  
• Troubleshoot authentication, federation, SSO, MFA, authorization, and integration issues.
  
• Monitor IAM environments, analyze logs, identify root causes, and resolve production issues.
  
• Participate in IAM solution design, implementation, upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
  
• Follow security best practices for certificates, tokens, authentication mechanisms, and access policies.
  
• Work with development, infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver IAM solutions.
  

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Ping Identity products.
  
• Strong experience with PingFederate and enterprise SSO/federation.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  
• Understanding of IAM security concepts and best practices.
  

Preferred Experience

• Experience with cloud IAM / hybrid IAM environments.
  
• Experience with Active Directory and LDAP integrations.
  
• Experience with API security and access management.
  
• Experience with IAM migration, upgrade, or modernization projects.
  
• Experience with automation, scripting, or REST-based integrations.
  
• Experience working in enterprise production environments.
  

Experience

310 years of overall IT experience, with 3+ years of hands-on IAM/Ping Identity experience.

Candidates with strong hands-on experience in PingFederate, SSO, SAML/OIDC, and multiple Ping Identity products will be preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
