What impact will you make? You will enable enterprise clients to deliver secure, seamless digital experiences by designing and implementing

Ping DaVinci identity orchestration . Your work will modernize authentication and registration journeys, reduce risk, improve customer experience, and accelerate time-to-value across IAM/CIAM programs.

Responsibilities you will take on

• Serve as the

primary Ping DaVinci SME on client engagements—owning technical solutioning and delivery quality.

• Lead discovery workshops to gather requirements and translate them into

orchestration designs , integration specs, and delivery plans.

• Design and build DaVinci flows including:
• Registration/onboarding and progressive profiling
• Authentication and SSO journeys
• MFA, step-up authentication, and adaptive/risk-based routing
• Account recovery and fraud-aware journeys
• Consent and privacy-aware experiences (as applicable)
• Integrate DaVinci with

PingOne and related platforms (PingFederate/PingAccess as needed), directories, and third-party systems (MFA providers, fraud/risk engines, email/SMS, CRM/CDP).

• Implement and troubleshoot integrations using

OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML 2.0, JWT, REST/JSON APIs .

• Drive production readiness: environment promotion support, testing strategy, performance considerations, cutover planning, and operational handover (runbooks/SOPs).
• Produce client-facing deliverables: architecture diagrams, flow documentation, configuration guides, and knowledge transfer.
• Contribute reusable accelerators and best practices to SDG’s IAM practice (templates, reference patterns, standards).
• Mentor other engineers and support internal enablement for Ping DaVinci implementations.
• Identify opportunities to responsibly apply

AI-assisted automation to identity delivery work (e.g., accelerating documentation, test case generation, log analysis), while ensuring outputs are validated and production-safe.

• Partner with security, privacy, and compliance stakeholders to ensure any AI-enabled approaches follow

responsible AI principles (data minimization, confidentiality, human-in-the-loop review, auditability, and bias/impact awareness where applicable).

• Help develop SDG innovation assets for IAM/CIAM (reference architectures, reusable orchestration patterns, delivery accelerators) and contribute ideas that improve speed, quality, and customer outcomes—without compromising security.

Let’s turn the spotlight onto you Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience delivering

Ping DaVinci in enterprise environments (implementation experience required).

• Strong understanding of IAM/CIAM concepts: authentication, federation, MFA, session management, and identity journeys.
• Strong working knowledge of

OAuth2/OIDC, SAML , and API-based integrations (REST/JSON).

• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex authentication/orchestration issues across applications, identity providers, and downstream services.
• Experience in a

client-facing consulting role , including leading workshops and presenting technical designs.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with

PingOne , PingFederate, PingAccess, and/or directory services.

• Familiarity with security controls such as adaptive authentication, risk scoring, device intelligence, and bot/fraud signals.
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern application architectures.
• CI/CD or automation experience (e.g., scripting, infrastructure-as-code).
• Ping Identity and/or security/IAM certifications.
