Picking Supervisor/ Incharge

Role & responsibilities

Monitor individual Units Per Hour (UPH) and pick rates. Provide guidance to staff to ensure shift targets are met. Ensuring pickers identify damaged packaging or incorrect labeling before items move to the packing station. Conduct audits to verify that the SKU, color, and size picked match the digital order exactly. Strong knowledge of Quality Checking (QC) and inventory bin-mapping.

Preferred candidate profile

35 years in a Warehouse or Distribution Center, specifically in Picking/Fulfillment department
Independently manage and motivate a team of 20+ pickers
