Dhyan Healthcare is seeking a qualified and patient-focused Physiotherapist to join our clinical team. We are looking for professionals who demonstrate strong clinical skills, effective patient communication, and a commitment to delivering quality rehabilitation care.

Designation: Physiotherapist

Qualification: BPT

Experience: 0–5 Years

Openings: 2

Locations: Kovilpatti & Kalugumalai

Compensation: 15,000–20,000 per month, based on experience

Additional Incentive: 50% share on eligible Home Visit Packages

Duty Timings:

10:00 AM – 2:30 PM

7:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Role Overview:

The Physiotherapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing appropriate rehabilitation plans, delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, monitoring clinical progress, and providing patient education to support recovery and functional independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and identify functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, massage, and other appropriate physiotherapy interventions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, posture, mobility, and injury prevention.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical response.
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and treatment records.
• Provide physiotherapy services through home visits as required.
• Participate in medical camps, community outreach programs, and health awareness activities.
• Maintain professional standards, patient confidentiality, and a high level of patient-centered care.
• Stay updated with current physiotherapy practices, rehabilitation techniques, and professional standards.
