Role & responsibilities

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Strategic:

• Pleasant behaviour with patients, staff and colleagues
• Initiatives towards professional academic growth
• Initiatives towards departmental growth
• Clinical discussions in internal meeting.

2. Operational:
A) In patient & ICU -

• Thorough Assessment of the patient and discuss with consultant if and when needed.
• Planning and providing the appropriate therapy to the patient
• Educating the patient, patient attendant, nurse.
• Documenting the patient details in IPD Register, billing and entering the clinical notes in the HIS
• Ongoing communication with the HOD & / or the consultant regarding the progress of the patient if required.
• Rotational Shifts (Morning, Evening & Nights) are there.
