Physiotherapist

Role & responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions and identify movement, mobility, and functional limitations.
• Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation plans based on patient needs.
• Provide physiotherapy interventions such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, mobility training, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans when required.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and progress reports.
• Educate patients and their families about exercises, rehabilitation programs, posture, mobility, and injury prevention.
• Support patients in improving strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and overall physical function.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Follow established clinical, hygiene, safety, and professional standards.
• Ensure all treatments are delivered in accordance with applicable German healthcare regulations and workplace guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of patient care.
• Communicate professionally with patients, colleagues, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams in German.

Preferred candidate profile

• BPT / MPT / DPT Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in Physiotherapy
• Valid State Physiotherapy Council Registration, wherever applicable
• Minimum B1 German Language Certification with B2 speaking proficiency
• Candidates currently pursuing B1 German may also be considered, subject to demand partner approval
• Age: Maximum 40 years
