Physiotherapist/Speech Therapist/ Occupational Therapist

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, functional, cognitive, communication, and swallowing abilities, as applicable to their specialization.
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical assessments.
• Provide appropriate therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional independence and quality of life.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Support patients in performing daily living activities and achieving rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, progress reports, and clinical documentation.
• Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques, home exercise programs, and ongoing care requirements.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Follow clinical protocols, infection control practices, and patient safety guidelines.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care planning.

Eligibility Criteria

• Physiotherapist: BPT / MPT
• Occupational Therapist: BOT / MOT
• Speech Therapist: BASLP or equivalent recognized qualification in Speech-Language Pathology
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, depending on the position.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.
• Compassionate attitude and willingness to work in a rehabilitation-focused healthcare environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of rehabilitation practices and patient assessment techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
