Qualification: BPT / MPT (Orthopedics specialization preferred)

Medanta is looking for dedicated and skilled physiotherapists to join our Homecare team and provide quality rehabilitation services to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and evaluate functional status.
• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
• Provide effective rehabilitation and monitor patient progress.
• Coordinate with consultants and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and update patient records.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe mobility practices.
• Ensure high standards of patient safety, infection control, and quality care.

Job Requirements

• BPT or MPT qualification, with specialization in Orthopedics preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and rehabilitation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver patient-centered care.
• Minimum 5 home visits per day.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in Orthopedic Physiotherapy is required.
