Role Description

Physiotherapist (Live Session) responsible for guiding individuals or groups through live virtual fitness sessions. Trainers design and lead routines for different fitness levels, ensuring safe and effective workouts while offering real-time feedback, motivation, and personalized support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 3 to 4 live workout sessions per day.
• Develop weekly session plans for approval.
• Follow organizational standards and protocols.
• Observe clients during workouts to correct and motivate.
• Share knowledge during sessions.
• Occasionally conduct webinars for clients and employees.
• Build positive client engagement.
• Multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Upsell, cross-sell, and renew programs to retain customers (advantageous).
  
  

Key Requirements

• Certified Physiotherapist.
• Physically fit, with at least 6 months of experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Good listening, counselling, customer empathy, documentation, and basic computer skills.
• Clear speech and demonstration skills.
• Punctuality is mandatory.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance, with clean and pre-approved session spaces/backgrounds.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Must have a laptop, mobile phone, earphones with mic, and a stable internet connection.
