Job Summary

• Assessment Diagnosis: Reviewing medical charts and conducting physical exams to evaluate strength, range of motion (ROM), and respiratory function.
• Treatment Implementation: Using manual therapy, specialized exercise programs, and electrotherapy (like TENS or ultrasound) to manage pain and improve mobility.
• Respiratory Care: Providing chest physiotherapy to help clear lungs and improve breathing for patients in the ICU or those recovering from major surgery.
• Post-Operative Rehab: Guiding patients through early mobilization (getting out of bed) immediately following orthopedic, cardiac, or abdominal surgeries.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Attending ward rounds with doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists to coordinate holistic patient care.
• Discharge Planning: Assessing a patient's ability to navigate their home environment and recommending assistive devices like walkers, crutches, or home modifications.

• Education: A degree in Physiotherapy Masters/ Bachelors from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Active registration with a national or regional health council.

Experience

Experience: 2-8 Years in a multispeciality Hospital Set up.
