Responsibilities

• Assists in recording patient histories, monitoring vital signs and preparing patients for examinations and procedures within the scope of training and hospital protocols.
• Coordinates investigations, consultations and follow-up requirements as directed by the treating physician.
• Maintains accurate patient records, supports discharge documentation and reinforces care instructions provided by the clinical team.
• Promptly reports changes in patient condition and follows patient-safety, infection-control and confidentiality protocols.
