Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervising interns, junior doctors, and nursing staff to ensure proper patient care routines.
• Operational Management: Managing the day-to-day operations of wards, including managing inventory, supply of medical consumables, and ensuring smooth functioning of equipment.
• Administrative Compliance: Ensuring patient records are accurately maintained for audits, managing discharge summaries, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Coordination Liaison: Serving as a key liaison between nursing staff, senior consultants, hospital management, and patients families.
• Emergency Crisis Management: Taking charge during medical emergencies, coordinating emergency responses, and managing the workflow in casualty departments.
• Process Improvement: Assisting in drafting reports and suggesting improvements for ward management or patient care protocols.
• Corporate Hospitals/ICUs: Managing complex workflows.
• Smaller Clinics/Clinics: Acting as a "Responsible Managing Officer" to ensure licensing compliance.
