About the Role : Deputy Manager-Security

Role Objective:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager-Security to join our team. As a key member of the security team, the Deputy Manager-Security will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and premises.

Responsibilities

• Providing overall direction and guidance to the security team
• Implementing and enforcing security policies, procedures, and protocols
• Conducting site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential security threats
• Developing and maintaining emergency response plans
• Coordinating with law enforcement and other emergency services as needed
• Managing security budgets and resources
• Providing training and development opportunities to security personnel
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting to management

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a security management role
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. security management, law enforcement)
