Role Summary


Key Responsibilities

• Manage physical security operations including guarding, CCTV, access control, and visitor management.
• Conduct security risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
• Lead incident response, investigations, and emergency management activities.
• Develop and enforce security policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
• Oversee security systems, vendor performance, and security budgets.
• Coordinate with Facilities, HR, EHS, Legal, and Operations teams.
• Drive security awareness and training programs.
