Physical Education Trainer

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct structured Physical Education and sports sessions for school students.
• Deliver sessions as per the curriculum, lesson plans and training framework provided by Shazam Sports.
• Plan and conduct age-appropriate drills, games, fitness activities and sports sessions.
• Develop students' fundamental movement skills, coordination, agility, balance and overall physical fitness.
• Introduce and develop basic to advanced sports skills according to students' age and ability.
• Maintain discipline, safety and active participation during sessions.
• Monitor student participation, performance and development.
• Coordinate effectively with school authorities, teachers and the internal operations team.
• Support school sports events, competitions, tournaments and other sporting activities.
• Maintain attendance, session reports and other required records.
• Ensure proper usage, organization and maintenance of sports equipment.
• Participate in training and professional development programs conducted by Shazam Sports.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed / B.P.E.S or relevant Physical Education/Sports qualification.
• Prior experience as a PE Teacher, Sports Trainer, Sports Coach or Physical Education Instructor will be preferred.
• School-based experience, particularly with Nursery to Grade 8 students, will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of multiple sports and physical education activities.
• Strong communication and student-management skills.
• Energetic, disciplined, patient and comfortable working with children.
• Ability to independently conduct structured sports sessions.
• Candidates must be willing to work on-site at the assigned school location.
