Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the review and validation of physical design deliverables to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to align physical design activities with overall project timelines and objectives.

Proficiency in Physical Design.

Strong knowledge of placement and routing methodologies to optimize chip layout for performance and manufacturability.

Experience with clock tree synthesis techniques to ensure timing integrity across the design.

Familiarity with timing closure processes and tools to meet design constraints effectively.

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot physical design issues in collaboration with verification and timing teams.

Understanding of manufacturing constraints and design for manufacturability principles.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Physical Design.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
