PHP Lead

About Position:

A seasoned engineer with strong PHP backend skills and modern JS frontend expertise using React and either Vue or Angular. It is ideal for teams looking for a full-stack mindset with additional MongoDB experience. Resources need to work till 11:30 PM as project demands frequent interaction with clients.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications using PHP and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop and maintain robust backend services, APIs, and microservices.
• Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React and Vue.js or Angular.
• Design and optimize MongoDB data models, queries, and database performance.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, QA teams, and clients to deliver business solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, security, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across frontend and backend systems.
• Mentor and guide development teams on architecture, design patterns, and development practices.
• Contribute to application modernization, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in client discussions, requirement analysis, and solution planning activities.
• End-to-end feature development (Backend + Frontend)
• Write scalable, maintainable code
• Technical design, code reviews, mentoring
• Build REST APIs, UI components
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Architects
• Performance and security optimization

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8-12 years of experience in full-stack application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with PHP and related frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
• Expertise in React and working knowledge of Vue.js or Angular.
• Solid experience in developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, database design, and performance tuning.
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development practices.
• Knowledge of software architecture patterns, design principles, and scalable application development.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience interacting with global clients.
• PHP (Laravel/Symfony), REST APIs
