Role Description This is a full-time, on-site PHP Developer role based in Indore. The PHP Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications and back-end services using PHP and related frameworks. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code; integrating front-end elements with server-side logic; debugging and optimizing existing applications; and collaborating with designers, front-end developers, and project managers. The role also involves working with databases, APIs, and open-source platforms, participating in code reviews, and contributing to continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
Qualifications

• Strong Back-End Web Development skills with PHP and related frameworks, including experience with databases and API integration.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and applying them to scalable, maintainable code structures.
• Solid Front-End Development understanding, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and integrating front-end components with back-end logic.
• Foundational Software Development and Programming skills, including version control (e.g., Git), debugging, testing, and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with open-source platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, Magento) and familiarity with security and performance optimization best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Indore, with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to emerging technologies such as cryptocurrencies or blockchain is an advantage.
