Company is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Software Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in software architecture, system design, backend development, and database engineering. This role requires an individual who can design scalable, high-performance applications, optimize complex database systems, and contribute to the overall technology strategy of the organization.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade applications, designing distributed systems, and solving complex performance and scalability challenges.

Key Responsibilities
System Design & Architecture

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and highly available applications and services.
• Drive architecture discussions and make technology decisions aligned with business objectives.
• Design robust system architectures capable of handling high transaction volumes and future scalability requirements.
• Create technical design documents, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
• Identify and resolve system bottlenecks, performance issues, and scalability challenges.
• Implement best practices for application architecture, code quality, security, and maintainability.

Backend Development

• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and Python.
• Design and build RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and responsiveness of applications.
• Integrate internal and third-party systems through secure APIs.

Database Engineering

• Design, optimize, and maintain complex database architectures using MySQL.
• Create efficient database schemas, indexing strategies, query optimization techniques, and data models.
• Analyze and improve database performance, scalability, and availability.
• Implement database security, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery mechanisms.
• Optimize large-scale transactional databases and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.

Code Quality & Engineering Excellence

• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural guidelines.
• Implement automated testing and participate in CI/CD processes.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Business, QA, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and Agile development processes.
• Provide technical recommendations and risk assessments during project planning.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
