About the Role
Sathya Sai Academy is looking for bright, enthusiastic and passionate young minds to join our team as a Part-Time Phonics Teacher.
We are looking for candidates with a good command of English, excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of Phonics sounds. Teaching experience is preferred, but freshers with good Phonics knowledge and a passion for working with children are welcome to apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Teach English Phonics and early reading skills to children.
- Help children understand and pronounce Phonic sounds correctly.
- Improve children's reading, pronunciation and English communication skills.
- Conduct fun, interactive and engaging classes for young learners.
- Create a positive and child-friendly learning environment.
- Support and encourage children in their learning journey.
Candidate Requirements
- Good command of English and excellent communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Phonics sounds and pronunciation.
- Passion for teaching and working with children.
- Patient, energetic and creative approach.
- Good interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Previous experience teaching children is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with strong Phonics knowledge are encouraged to apply.
