Phone Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage outbound calls to customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
• Process customer queries, resolve issues, and provide solutions through effective communication skills.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management team.

Job Requirements :

• 0-10 years of experience in telesales or related field (BPO/Call Centre).
• Proficiency in Kannada language is required for this role.
• Strong understanding of outbound process and ability to work on an hourly basis.
