• Designation - Associate_ Customer service
• Experience - Minimum 1yr experience required from Banking Process ( Inbound / Outbound ) from BPO Industry.
• Skills Required -
• Need candidates with banking experience and must be familiar with banking terms (Demand Draft, Cheque, credit card, Debit Card, Corporate Banking, Retail Banking)
• To handle bank customer queries/complaints and resolve the same over the Call/Email,
• Languages - Excellent communication skills needed in English.
• Qualification - Any Graduates
• Shift - Day shift ( 8Am - 9pm ) Any 9 hours
• Week Off - Sunday Fixed Off
• Salary Range
• ( 6 - 12Month Exp - 19.2k )
• ( 12 - 23Month Exp - 22k)
• ( 24+ Month Exp - 25k )
• Location - Ghansoli Navi Mumbai
