Key Responsibilities

• Handle patient registration and basic vitals at the centre.
• Collect blood and other diagnostic samples as per prescriptions and standard procedures.
• Ensure proper patient identification, sample collection, labeling, storage and handling.
• Coordinate collected samples with partner laboratories.
• Maintain accurate patient and sample records digitally.
• Participate in health camps and community outreach activities.
• Conduct home visits for blood/sample collection when required.
• Maintain hygiene and follow proper infection-control and safety procedures.
• Ensure proper care and handling of phlebotomy and diagnostic equipment.

Requirements

• Relevant Phlebotomy / Medical Laboratory qualification with valid registration/license/certification.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of blood sample collection and handling.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain digital records.
• Good communication and patient-handling skills.
• Willingness to participate in health camps and field activities.
• Willingness to travel for patient home visits.
• Comfortable working in rural and semi-urban locations.
• Must have a personal bike/scooty for local travel and home visits.
• Valid driving licence for field travel.
