Phlebotomist

Role & responsibilities

• Collect blood samples using proper venipuncture and vacutainer techniques.
• Verify patient details and ensure correct sample identification and labeling.
• Follow the order of draw and maintain sample quality.
• Handle and transport samples safely to the laboratory.
• Follow infection control, hygiene, and safety protocols.
• Maintain proper documentation of sample collection.

Preferred candidate profile

• MLT / DMLT / B.Sc. MLT qualification
• Hands-on experience in blood collection and vacutainer handling
• Good communication and patient-handling skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Candidates with relevant phlebotomy experience preferred
