Role & responsibilities

• Perform blood collection using proper vacutainer techniques.
• Identify patients and verify test requirements before collection.
• Follow proper order of draw and sample-labeling procedures.
• Ensure correct handling, storage, and transportation of samples.
• Maintain infection control, hygiene, and safety protocols.

Preferred candidate profile

• MLT / DMLT / B.Sc MLT required
• Hands-on experience in vacutainer blood collection
• Good patient-handling and communication skills
• Knowledge of sample handling and infection-control procedures
