About this role
Experience: 1-5 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Design fire-fighting systems, including sprinklers, hydrants, wet risers, and fire pumps.
- Prepare fire protection layouts, schematic drawings, hydraulic calculations, and BOQs.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, relevant IS standards, NFPA standards, and local fire authority requirements.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, HVAC, and electrical teams.
- Review shop drawings, technical submittals, and material specifications.
- Assist with site inspections, installation coordination, testing, and commissioning.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit MEP knowledge is an advantage.
- Good understanding of fire protection design, codes, and hydraulic calculations.
