PHE Design Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and modify Plumbing & Fire Fighting MEP drawings using AutoCAD.
• Work on Fire Fighting, Sprinkler, Plumbing, Drainage and STP systems.
• Assist in FAS (Fire Alarm System) design and coordination.
• Prepare layouts, schematics, and detailed drawings as per project requirements.
• Coordinate drawings with Electrical, HVAC and Architectural services.
• Conduct site visits and understand site conditions and project requirements.
• Coordinate with site teams and assist in resolving design-related issues.
• Make revisions to drawings based on site requirements and consultant/client comments.
• Ensure drawings are prepared accurately and as per applicable standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Basic understanding of Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems.
• Knowledge of Sprinkler, Drainage, STP and FAS is preferred.
• Willingness to travel for site visits.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Fast learner with a willingness to learn new systems and standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualification:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil or relevant engineering discipline.
• Around 1 year of relevant experience in PHE/MEP design.
