About this role
Preparation of purchase ordersand amendment orders.
Medical items procurementexperience like Surgical, Implants, Heart valve, perfusion & consignmentitems procurement.
Process indents by requestingquotations, preparing comparative statements and to assist Incharge forfinalizing orders.
Expedite orders and follow-upon suppliers.
Coordinate with stores / userdepartments on the purchase requirements.
Prepare correspondence relatingto the purchase of materials, requiring some independence of judgement.
Compile, compute and tabulatethe data for reports to be generated.
Maintain records and files.
Collect information on productsand keep the superiors informed of the market trend.
Coordinate with accounts andreceiving section in settling payment to the suppliers.
Perform related work asrequired by the department.
CN Follow-ups.
Management of consignment itemslike Stent, Balloon, Implants & other high value items along patientchargeability.
Item code creation & vendorcreation & items master related work at group level.
Non-Moving & nearing expiryitems return follow-ups.
Vendor management.
Fulfillment of Emergency itemson priority basis.
Consignment items recordmaintain & ordering as well as rate finalization.
MIS & Data preparation.
TAT Analysis.
Monitoring of Stock out items& reordering on immediate basis.
