Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls from patients and healthcare providers.
• Coordinate medication refills, shipments, and delivery schedules.
• Verify and update patient information in pharmacy systems.
• Address shipment status inquiries and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Collaborate with patients, prescribers, and internal pharmacy teams.

Skills Required
