Pharmacy Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficient inventory management, customer service, and sales targets are met.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through effective communication with healthcare professionals.
• Oversee staff performance, providing guidance on medication dispensing procedures, product knowledge, and quality control measures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies related to pharmaceuticals.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role within the medical services/hospital setting.
• Strong understanding of pharma selling principles and practices in a hospital environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Excellent risk control skills with ability to identify potential issues proactively address them.
