Job Role and Responsibilities:
• Prescription Validation Review the doctors Prescription, checking their Validity
and legality.
• Prescription digitization in OMS screen
• Outbound Calls- Contact Customers in order to Digitize Prescription and create
Order for all
Prescription upload cases.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls

Desired Skills
• Sound Knowledge on Therapeutic classication of Drugs
• Good communication skills
Working Days in a Week: 6 days
