Pharmacist

Role & responsibilities

• Manage pharmacy operations and ensure availability of saleable stock.
• Manage inward, outward, expiry and stock reconciliation of products.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Bill both services and products through the billing system.
• Handle day end entries related to billing, stock and transactions.
• Ensure accurate product billing, pricing and discounts as per approved guidelines.
• Monitor near expiry and slow moving stock and highlight the same to the Clinic Manager & doctors.
• Coordinate with the clinic and warehouse teams for stock requirements and replenishment.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of products as per requirements.
• Maintain required pharmacy records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy and billing processes.
• Support the clinic team in resolving product and billing related queries.
